No guarantee of regulatory compliance of third-party products

LIVARTH does not warrant that any listed product is cleared, approved, registered, or authorized for any particular country, indication, or use. Vendors and buyers must confirm destination-country requirements with competent authorities and qualified advisors. Platform verification badges are not sanitary or regulatory authorizations.

Intermediary disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIVARTH is not liable for vendor–buyer disputes, product defects, shipping loss, import refusal, clinical outcomes, or third-party service failures.

Limitation of liability

Where enforceable, LIVARTH’s aggregate liability for platform services may be limited to fees paid to LIVARTH for platform services in the three months before the claim, or the minimum permitted by mandatory law.

Limitations may be unenforceable for death, personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable rights. Jurisdiction overlays and counsel must confirm enforceable wording.

Indemnity
